I've Been Through a Panic Attack a Lot, I'm a Coach

When I would do the breath holds on empty lungs, it was not long before I was like millimeters away from a panic attack. And so I've had to work on that. It'll try really hard with the breath hold. It gets uncomfortable, but the panic's gone away. So it's good because sometimes it just beats people that have like kind of panic disorder. and it's nice to have anyway.
