I don't want them to go with these strength and conditioning or whatever these guys are and just put on garbage weight for just putting on weight for sure they got to get measurable. I would consistently fight guys that were 10 15 pounds heavier than me and because I had a weight lifting background and I was strong I could hit real hard. Had you not gone through the strip of dropping 15 20 pounds of body weight how would you have been in the fight well I would have been fighting somebody who probably came down from 190 to 175 so that might have been a problem but then again everybody else is doing it as wellYeah there's no negative to starting the process of getting someone bigger and stronger even if
