The Effects of Chunk Clean on Running Performance

If you can bring the foot closer to your central mass when you hit the ground, then you theoretically will be reducing some of that deceleration. There are some conflicting evidence around chunk clean whether a bit more chunk clean is better or worse. So we talked about the stride length and that optimal window, maybe a slightly lower vertical oscillation slightly stiffer lower limb, but again that's an optimized factor.
