How to Do Short Hill Repeats Without a Weight Room
Short hill repeats can be done twice a week for about three, three to four weeks. The goal is high force production, high power and power being strength multiplied by a factor of time. You want to be careful not to create this initial erosion of your connective tissues like FASHA or tendon ligaments because that remodeling takes a little bit longer than we'd like.
