Is There a Benefit to Slow Pace Breathing?
It's so easy and free to do a, you know, if, for example, you're kind of struggling with technology or access to that. So yes, i think it's really important that the athlete is able to breathe at that rate autonomously,. without the neede for a ap or something like that first. And then the ar definitely adding kind of that more cognitive lare after interesting.
