How to Balance Coaching and Agile Teams
Coaching model is a tool in your toolbox. Not there to say it depends to every question, but you're also not there to dictate what they should do next. You've got to find that balance to help the team be more effective at what they do and have more fun. I love the idea of a bets board. They're all strategic bets and more importantly, they are stack rank. There is always one bit that's at the top and you start from the top and work down. But later on, you talked about we have some other priorities as well, which we always forget about - keeping the lights on and paying down the technical debt. It just goes to show that
