Being willing to die is like actually the place you want to get to yeah, and that's like the highest level of freedom. I don't think anyone needs to go just be totally comfortable with dying You know like it's if you want to great. The thing about fears is They're probabilistic, right? It's like I might get trapped or I might get sick or what you know And I need to do my safety behaviors but in your imagination you get to decide it's up to you. How are you supposed to believe it quote unquote or learn if you just hallucinate or imagine a scenario where it goes?
