A Robic Versus Anarobic
J z Saler says cycling is just fundamentally misunderstood. We tend to overestimate the anerobic contribution in endurance sports, and we tend to underestimate the aroic. Even a two minat race is two thirds arobic. If you don't have thos big, anarobic fibres to do those attacks, to be in that sprint, you're not going to win the race.
