The Benefits of Sauna and Cold Plunge

Research shows that short bursts of stress can promote growth and well-being. So we have to get exposed to that stress to activate the cells that clean up the body. I fell in love with Finland's sauna culture and then going into the Arctic essentially afterwards, which is like three degree water. It was just such, it did feel so restorative and felt so refreshing. But please go and seek your own professional advice around cold water therapy.
