The Omega Six to Three Ratio Is Not That Helpful

I don't buy into the sort of fear around omega sixes. I think if you're getting your omega sixes from ultra processed packaged food, that's not a food matrix that is going to be doing you any favors for your health. It's hard to sort of look at the consumption of those foods that poor health outcomes and say, that's seed oils. So I don't think the omega six to three ratio is that helpful. And there's a lot of evidence to suggest that it is.
