The Importance of Sleep in Recovery
One of the biggest mistakes that many athletes would make is just thinking that they can get away with long periods of not looking after themselves from a recovery point of view. So getting them to really understand that paying attention and and the training doesn't finish when the training session finishes training finishes. One bad night sleep is not the end of the world It's the average of what you're doing repeatedly over time.
