How to Use Self in a Psychedelic Experience
It was an incredibly powerful and i think illustrative of how powerful your system really is. When you access a lot of self you just naturally know how to do this yeah so whereas in other systems i would have had to get a lot of other parts to separate and they would have given me a hard time. You felt at least neutral toward the critic and interested in getting to know it that's the beginning of self what i call self with the capital S. Then as we got to know the critic and its positive intentions you had a lot more compassion for appreciation which is more so. And then when we got to the boy i just got out of the way you just knew exactly what
