How Do You Manage the Customer Experience?

It's almost like we break it down between front end and back end. And that may mean that you have to do some things on the front end to present to the customer a single view, single point of view. But there's a whole lot of back-end processes that you're doing that maybe manual to create that better customer experience. It's an iterative process. I think you have to go back and look at how much you think it's going to take really no nonsense to get into the systems.
