Why Are You Doing Painful Exercise?
i don't think i would ever purposely cause pain over five out of ten because i thought it was beneficial. It's about, does it fitting too what we are trying to achieve? Does it enable us to to engage a little bit more? Is it may be changing our thoughts and beliefs around pain? And i think there's the question of, why are you doing painful exercise? Why are you engaging in it? You know, what are you gaining from that? Or is there a benefit of solicitic satisfaction at watching other people suffer.? Well, i think there might be a little bit of that sometimes, right?
