The Effects of Saturated Fats on Cognitive Function

Research shows transaturated fats and saturated fats are not necessarily the healthiest diet for your brain. People who consume 13 grams or more of saturated fat every day have twice the risk of cognitive decline as compared to people who eat fats. I think everybody agrees that your diet should really include a lot of vegetables and fruit in smaller amount of animal foods.
