When you acquire there's the question of, ok, is the technology adjactive to what we're doing? We're purchasing something that's going to be incremental to our current portfolio. So i think you really need to be clear on what your strategy is. What is your product strategy? Is it addiveju very quickly, i'll tll you what i saw,. A little anecdote of what i saw when i was wih sprinkler was very interesting and i think very impressive. They were acquiring companies, not necessarily for the tack, but they were acquiring companies for the talent.
