What's the Focus of Your Work?
The design of the way we interact with computer systems is a central part of what we do. We believe that it's imperative in doing that work to build models at a different level than the interface. So this we follow Austin Henderson at Jeff Johnson in terms of user conceptual models, but also looking at a much broader notion of systems modeling.
