Yeah, this is amazing. I am all about self love, self care, accepting yourself for where you're at in your life, physically, emotional life. Basically, emotionally, environment, financially, all that. If they aren't willing to adapt a no it's not okay to continue to eat whatever you want all the time and just love yourself and accept yourself for who we are.
