Most people intuitively know that a little bit just because they have some degree of familiarity with it, especially ultra marathon runners. And we've got different kind of parameters for all the, all the different intensities. But most of the time, honestly, I use the construct of the interval and they figure it out within one or two sessions what's really sustainable to them.
