The Importance of Training and Education in Software Quality

If you're new to software, just be aware that the incentives aren't set up for that as we talked about. A big part of it in terms of like when you're looking for a place to work will be especially your direct manager. If you can find a direct manager that actually not only cares about code quality, but takes the time to understand if you're writing high quality code and can effectively sort of communicate that higher up the chain, that can be a really great place to work potentially.
