How Do You Classify Igloy Training?

We often categorize, which helps in applying things, but often loses some of the new ones, right? And what i mean by this is traditional and in training, you there's all these like, zone models. It's why, over time, we have these traditional workouts that are all aimed at the same pace or intensity. But ok, not all training is done in zones. We we have what i'd call like straight repeats where everything is relatively the same. Day to day is alactat threshold.
