In a sense we're trying to surface context is sort of not about any of those evaluations or descriptions. When we're having pain with all the languaging we're putting on it and it's rampant the experience up to what can feel unbearable at times where it's stopping us having the initial experience so keeping us stuck. In that sense while it takes we might call for the things that that skill to take perspective is a verbal skill but in a sense it's getting to a space that's not about or as much as possible just letting them be.
