Women Don't Ask - Is There Any Truth to That?
I think the biggest factor that we're seeing right now in terms of barriers to women's advancement is this one: how men and women are spending their time at work. And so we could design a lot of procedures around evaluation, but if the fundamental truth on the ground doesn't change...we're not gonna solve the problems of inequity in the workplace no matter how hard we try.
