How Did Malcolm Gladwell Help the Cognitive Economy?
Howard Kurtz has been working on cognitive economics since the 1970s. His work was popularized by Malcolm Gladwell's now famous TED talk about spaghetti sauce and choice, food optimization and horizontal segmentation. He worked with food companies in the mid 1970s some years later to develop new products like Prago pickle products which he says helped them make money.
