What About the Mobile on the Table?

I was brought up to not start eating until everybody had the food on their plates, or until somebody said, start eating before it gets cold. And i still follow that habit to day. If i am in a restaurant, i wait until everybody has been served, and hopefully someone will say, hey, crake, start eating. Your food's getting cold. And then i will happily start eating. Because it is a shame to pay for good food, or have somebody prepare good food and let it get cold on the plate. It doesn't make any sense to me, but good manners always make me waitii,. Totally agree with you, same as me. I would never put my
