The Importance of Mitochondria in Physical Fitness

I saw one of your recent papers where you've said the maximum. ATP I think it was in muscle so then ATP Max, and the max ox ox ox ox box if maybe you can explain that was correlated with both muscle strength and VO to Max. Yeah. This is data from a study I'm involved with this is a multi institutional study called the muscle mobility and aging. One of the goals of the study is to understand biological qualities of muscle that relate to walking speed physical function but also, part of your vascular fitness or VO to peak. And we measure this in two ways by magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
