I didn't hire for my clients. I hired 11,000 B2B companies in the world and we might do 30-40 projects a year. We taught our clients how to sell and how to improve the effectiveness of their sales costs. The turnover rate in consulting is about 30-40%, depending on the sector. We ran it less than 10%. Fantastic. Who's the Wii? who owned SBI? I was a founder of the company. You've got to go generate your own clients. That was number one. Number two, I paid everybody more than what the market rate was.
