Remembering what youre do isso standing down the troops that are gearing up virtually every moment because of all the activity that goes on on my mind,. even when we don't realize it. So er that letting the troops stand down then clarifies things, relaxes things, so you can do more of this other noticing and clear seeing of what's going on with you.
