The Quality of Meta, of Loving Kindness
Loving kindness is the generosity and openness of heart that simply wishes for all beings to be happy. In meta, because it's not dependent on the other person or ourselves being a certain way, it doesn't change very easily. If we don't expect anything in return, meta doesn't depend on anyone fulfilling our expectations as we're not expecting anything.
