Long Distance Runners Are Not Doing Arobic Workouts

Long distance runners do not, or should not, be doing their speed work at 800 meters. If you have something on your schedule that says 400 meters at five k pace or ten k pace, that's not what laura is talking about. We're some runners are like, i'm going to go into the set of 400 meter repeats and sprint every one as hard as i can. And they might be going anarobic. They might also not be having tremendously effective training. Please stick to what your coach prescribes as the intensity. As americana.com please don't do that.
