I always intentionally line up my week say on Mondays and I give myself things to look forward to whether that be social plans at the end of the week or a bunch of different workout classes for the week. Remember to incorporate more fun things in your everyday life or maybe social plans just whatever it is that you know makes you feel good. This spring we're gonna focus on hobbies and I would love to make a full episode on this but hobbies are things that you do that have no correlation to your job.
