"I have a rambunctious sense of humor and I just really like to have fun," says the podcaster. "My dad is just, he's got coyote energy, you know, and he just always likes to screw around and have fun." The name was kind of a play on his former career because he worked as a fashion stylist in Hollywood for- We're going to get into that soon.

Josh Trent has always been consumed by a child-like curiosity, driving him to deconstruct and understand anything he learns about.

This insatiable curiosity kicked off a search for the truth about wellness, and over the past 16 years, Josh has learned that wellness isn’t just something that we do – it’s something that we are, an internal force that guides our thoughts and actions.
