How to Control Your Sauna Temperature

Athletes and coaches get it twisted because typically we think of volume as the overload, right? I like between 180 and 200 degrees for anybody who's not very, very, very experienced. If you can only stay in a sauna for 22 or 24 minutes, it's fine. You're going to get 90% of the way there. And that's totally cool.
