What's the Purpose of a Decision Meeting?
The ultimate meeting is like, green light, everybody's actually read this. One kind of meeting that's really important obviously is the decision meeting. I think a sort of distant cousin of that is probably a strategy meeting. And then obviously we have different versions of standups or weekly unblocking moments where it's like, we need stuff from each other tactically.
