When it comes to like baseball athletes, there's a lot of like a symmetry and do more bias to like unilateral training or like bilateral training. I think we just have, you know, when we're in school and when we're first starting out, it's the most of squatting deadlifting all your bilateral movements. Certain guys have different body structures, body types, mobility limitations that kind of put them in the categories that probably make more sense for them to do certain types of things.
