We knew that eight times even though was already a pretty nice discount relative to what most beverage companies trade for. We try to be as transparent as possible to the intermediary community, let them know where we are every step of the way in the process so that there are no surprises at the end. So when we showed up fully financed with that price, we knew we would stand behind it and offering that certainty ended up being the most important consideration from Nestle.
