I think it depends on so many different variables. I'm a little more gray in this area. To me, it's very different like having an intense amount of physical activity versus consuming something that potentially has the ability to secrete some insulin. It really comes down to are you metabolically healthy? Are you at your ideal body weight? And if you're not those two things, then you probably need to be more conscientious about what you're consuming and when you're consuming it.
