The Dialam Is Quite Sick
Remember to breathe. In that breath there is who you areit activates your vagas nerve. Sometimes you get triggered by stuff whethere it be somebody running you off, or, you know, something that happens that led you,. unless there's a sabre toothd tiger behind you. And so i started off in the morning with a meditation with breath. And throughout the day, whenever i feel a little charge, i'd drop back to the breath and observe my thoughts. And then from that place, hoto alone, i chose to be onlo show up with love. I want to show up with ssom positive energy. Let's do it. That is the great answer.
