The best way to figure out what to automate is a tactic called buying back your time. We hand-pick the people we love to speak with and reach out to them in a way that hopefully offers them value. Organizing for speed lets you stack the risk and the mistakes and the action early. The hope is we end up with lots of conversations and lots of people we can potentially help.
