We begin this process by doing what we're capable of, and that's going to be different for everyone. In any given day, we're going to be capable of more or less. My encouragement to you is just to keep honing the skill of utilizing structure in the form of that 30 minute appointment or task or sization. The 30 minutes that it might feel insignificant, but i want you to embrace that, because over time, it'll be huge.
