Balance Training Is So Much More Than Strength Training
moderate to high intensity has to be pushing people's sense of natural limits to make gains and to make improvements it does for balance training so balance training we we actually is almost exactly the same paradigm. We take them up through for example if it was a one-legged stand we might take them up from standing on one leg holding on to a chair with two hands then no hands eyes closed while naming all the cities capital cities in europe or something cognitive distractors. that is fascinating I mean it's sort of embarrassing really because as you say that the sort of standard is the standard perception anyway and what you see in reality is this sort of gentle careful soft sort of exercise program.
