The Bad Weather in the Valley
Wednesday was one of those days where you just kind of want to retire from the sport. I was literally shouted into the wind and rain, like just get fucked basically. But when you're tired and you've done a lot of training, you just get emotional about these sort of things. So yeah, Wednesday was good but I knew even when I finished it out, I was like, that's going to affect the rest of my week. Going into Thursday, I did the swim as normal - held 70s for the whole session. That's my kind of threshold effort,. went out for a run with my fans.
