The easy thing is to work inbound leads and current customers, right? Like that's what they're going to spend them a vast majority of their time on. It's left, less lift, less rejection, less going outbound. My, my thought is you got to break that up. You got to have someone that's an outbound seller that that's all they do. And then when they close a deal, they're transitioning that relationship off to the customer success team or account management team. They don't like it. That's not what they want to do. Building a true sales org means having account executives and account managers are two different things. There should be different percentages
