Deconstructing Yourself

CHAPTER

The State of Awakening Is Not a State

In tibetan, the word is tamagishepa, which literally means ordinary mind. And so this is fantastically powerful in terms of imbuing the tantrac traditions where one of the characteristics of tantra is body is as important as mind. If you can't find the ultimate democracy between openness and contraction, then your heaven is incomplete. Your awakening is incomplete. We're looking at the background of all those states and realizing the utter immediacy having no preference for openness and contraction. This is a really big achievement or i should say, recognition that actually thinking that way can sent you also in the wrong direction.
