There's a lot of different reasons for choices made without sourcing. The big broad ones are efficiency gains, expertise gains and get to market faster gains. You know, if you really think about kind of like return on investment, the ability to tap a trained workforce is relevant. I would also argue that that's a relevant thought process for scaling any organization that wants to go from say number X of pipeline creation to number Y on a journey.
