How to Breathe Better When You're Stressed Out

If you're feeling stressed, something that you could do beforehand would be just relax your eyes. It actually takes muscular contraction, the ciliary muscles contract to refract light into a single point. That's an indication that you're probably relaxed. So slow your breath down, bring it through your nose, emphasize a longer exhalation. If you if you have too much air and a low amount of CO2, called the boar effect, then your red blood cells will say, okay, you have so much air. I don't want to over ventilate you.
