Deb Dana: I always like when we're working with people with trauma it does take a like some time to understand that but even just making those little changes can make a huge difference. Then it's really about building insight into one's own process and then trying to basically exit the freeway before having proverbial car accident yes in a rough apartment, she says. Deb Dana: We also can't live a good life if you're in a burnout phase orif you're in freeze and so I would suggest you know finding those little glimmers or moments of when you do feel maybe it's not even happiness maybe it's just like good or grounded or calm  and what do those look like
