I think if we zoom out right now, most things they use every day are de facto magic. For thousands of years, we used wood and trees and we didn't know how they worked. So we have evidence that we're comfortable using things that we don't understand. I love this one too, is when you're young, have friends who are older and when you're old, a friend who are younger.
