Agilon is a hybrid of traditional private equity and venture almost, or scaled growth equity. The Medicare business is a national program, it's consistent across markets. So that helped a lot, but as I think about the value of creating something, you don't get that opportunity always when you start with existing DNA in a business. And here we got that opportunity which had a real significant impact on our ability to create something that had commonality.
