Alcohol Is Overrated

Alcohol is a poison to your body. I don't judge people jus e cause i don't drink. In fact, i'm kind of jealous that they can have two drinks and loosen up and have agood time. Alcohol kills more fitness, fitness journeys, than anything else. Car powders are underrated as a whole. Highly branced cyclodection is my favorite a car powder to use. It's in and out ovour digestive tract, so it doesn't bog down digestion. The most important thing about pre-workout carbs is you feel the extra umph post workout. You're not going to be able to do any damage by drinking too much alcohol at one point
